Gift Cards from follow the standard terms and conditions governing gift cards from participating brands. Most gift cards are good for at least 5 years from issuance, some never expire. Please check the specific brands’ website for more information on their specific expiration policy.

      You will be sent an email with a redemption code for all gift card purchases. Cards and transaction history can also be accessed by clicking "activity" in the navigation at the top of your screen.

      Yes, however if your location can not be determined, you will be shown US gift cards by default. It is highly recommended to choose your country location from the drop down at the top of your screen to ensure your purchase will be successful.

      There is up to a $500 limit per individual gift card, varied based on each brand offering the gift card. There is a combined $5,000 redemption limit per day, per individual across all Uphold accounts verified under that individual.

    • What currencies are supported?

      Any currency in your Uphold account can be used to enter sweepstakes, spin the wheel or redeem for top brand gift cards.

    • Can I get a gift card in any denomination?

      Yes, you may choose from the predetermined options or enter a number in the "other amount" field within the limits that are displayed.
