How do I view, accept, or decline an offer?

Click on the NFT that you’ve received offers on
On the NFT details page, you’ll see a button titled “Manage Offers”
This button will lead you to a page where you can see all the offers on that given NFT, with the ability to accept or decline all of the offers.
