How to verify your identity using Persona

OneOf uses Persona for identity verification which helps protect all our users from fraudulent activities.

We may require this when making account changes or transactions such as:
  1. Withdrawals
  2. Change Phone Number
Here are the quick steps on how to go through this process:

1. Click Begin to start the verification

2. Choose the country where you have a government ID

3. Select the ID you'll be using for verification

4. Take a photo of the ID through the Persona app

5. You will see the processing screen and take the required selfie

6. Once the process is complete you will see the confirmation page

**Please note that customer support may ask you to go through Persona verification
