Withdrawal restrictions and limits

Withdrawal restrictions and limits

Our paramount concern is for your experience on OneOf to be as fluid and frictionless as possible while keeping your data secure and limiting our risk exposure. Because of chargebacks and to prevent fraud, we place a 30-day hold on your Marketplace Credit balance. This limit may be reduced or eliminated as trust is established between us. That said, these are the baseline conditions and restrictions for withdrawing Marketplace Credit:

  • $10 minimum transaction limit

  • 30-day hold before your Marketplace Credit is available for withdrawal. This applies to the sale of NFT's using credit card and marketplace credit.

  • KYC via Persona at the time of withdrawal (Selfie + valid government-issued ID) and periodic KYC re-verification in case of account takeover.

  • 5,000 maximum allowed transaction limit

  • $10,000 withdrawals per week

  • $20,000 withdrawals per month

We reserve the right to hold funds if we suspect collusion or any other forms of criminal activity.
All credit card disputes will result in immediate and automatic freezing of your account.
Please contact Customer Support at support@oneof.com if you have any questions.
