I never received the SMS text message with my code

OneOf uses Twilio to send SMS verification messages. The successful delivery of the message depends on the country and specific telecom providers. Please visit the Twilio Support Center for the latest updates. Known issues have been reported for users in China and Vietnam. If you are experiencing issues from other countries, please contact Customer Support at support@oneof.com for assistance.

You may also try the following:
  1. During signup, restart the signup process and re-enter your phone number
  2. Click the "resend code" link at the bottom of the pop up window.  










Note: You can also try a different number and see if you are able to receive a code by clicking on Change phone number. If these actions do not resolve your issue, please contact support at support@oneof.com
