What if I accidentally send payment to the wrong address?
Bookit utilizes a programmatic payment solution (SLAPI), so it is not possible to send payments to the wrong address through our system. If this happens outside our platform, we can’t take responsibility. Please describe what happened, and we’ll review it, but refunds are unlikely unless there’s a rare technical issue.
