How are Sweepstakes winners chosen, and how will I know if I have won?
Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. If you are selected as a winner, a fulfillment team member will contact you via the email address associated with your account. You must respond promptly – within twenty-four (24) hours for concerts/live events and within forty-eight (48) hours for merchandise/physical products. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
