How do cryptocurrency payments work for cruise purchases?
For cruises, only the deposit is charged upfront in cryptocurrency. The final payment (due 1-3 months before sailing) must be made with a credit card. Deposit refunds, if applicable, will be issued in SP.
How do refunds work for experiences or travel purchases?

What if I want to delete my account entirely?
For a hard termination (deleting your account and all associated data), contact us, and we’ll verify your email before processing the request.
My cryptocurrency increased in value—can I get a refund based on that?
No. All crypto transactions are processed in USDC (a stablecoin), not the original cryptocurrency you used. This is agreed upon during checkout, so value changes don’t affect refunds.
Can I get a refund for my membership?
