What currencies are supported?
Any currency in your Uphold account can be used to enter sweepstakes, spin the wheel or redeem for top brand gift cards.
Is there a gift card redemption limit?
There is up to a $500 limit per individual gift card, varied based on each brand offering the gift card. There is a combined $5,000 redemption limit per day, per individual across all Uphold accounts verified under that individual.
I’m an international user, can I still enter a sweepstake?
Yes, however if your country or local law prohibits sweepstakes entries, please do not redeem for sweepstake entries or participate in any sweepstakes. Any submission from residents of prohibited countries will be considered void. Residents from ...
I’m an international user, can I still redeem a gift card?
Yes, however if your location can not be determined, you will be shown US gift cards by default. It is highly recommended to choose your country location from the drop down at the top of your screen to ensure your purchase will be successful.
Can I get a gift card in any denomination?
Yes, you may choose from the predetermined options or enter a number in the "other amount" field within the limits that are displayed.
Where is my gift card and transaction history?
You will be sent an email with a redemption code for all gift card purchases. Cards and transaction history can also be accessed by clicking "activity" in the navigation at the top of your screen.
Can sweepstakes entries be refunded or exchanged?
Sorry, all entries into sweepstakes are final.
How will I know if I’ve won the sweepstakes or a daily spin prize?
All winners are notified via their Uphold account email. Note, for security and legal purposes, all winners are required to claim and certify their win.
What is Due Diligence?
Uphold requires "due diligence" updates to keep your account verified. A verified account is required in order to participate on the TAP Network platform. If you see an error specifying this, please visit uphold.com to update your account.
Do gift cards expire?
